These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern how you may access and use the Site and your responsibilities when doing so. WR's Privacy Policy explains how WR may use any personal information shared by you. By accessing www.WR.realtor, you agree to these Terms and WR's Privacy Policy, so please take a moment to carefully review these documents. If you are accessing this Site on behalf of an organization, then you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy on behalf of that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use this Site.

Other sections of the Site may have additional rules and regulations that are specific to that particular section and will be accessible to you in such sections.

All Materials are protected by all applicable copyright and trademark laws. WR or the party credited owns the Materials, and all rights in the Materials are expressly reserved. Your Conduct

WR hopes this website will promote and facilitate a meaningful exchange of information on issues in the real estate industry. In order to ensure a safe and civil environment, WR expects you to conduct yourself in a respectful and law-abiding manner when using the Site. You may not:

• Use the Site to send unsolicited communications or promotions, also known as "spam";

• Use the Site to promote or advertise products or services;

• Upload or share materials that are illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, libelous, misleading, threatening, profane, or obscene;

Clients-Only Access

Some portions of the Site may only be accessed by clients of WR. If you are a client of WR, you must first register for access. You are also responsible for providing WR with accurate and complete registration information, including updating such information as it changes.

E-mails

You may have the opportunity to provide your email address to WR, for example, by registering for clients'-only access. If you share your e-mail address with WR through the Site, WR may send e-mails to you in response to your request. By providing your e-mail address to WR, you consent to receiving these e-mails from WR. WR does not send promotional emails or sell your information to third parties.

Third-Party Links

If at anytime, you are provided a third-party link, that link to websites that are not owned or operated by WR, are not the responsibility of WR. These links are provided as a convenience and do not constitute WR's endorsement of the linked-to website or its owner. Please be aware when you leave the Site because WR's Terms and Privacy Policy will no longer apply to your activities. Third-party websites will likely have their own terms of use and privacy policy, which WR has no control over.

Termination

For example, WR may terminate your access to this Site if you are not complying with these Terms or if WR determines that you are a repeat infringer of third-party intellectual property rights.

Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA")

WR respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects you to do the same. Per the DMCA, WR will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement on the Site if submitted to WR's Copyright Agent as described below. Upon receipt of a notice alleging copyright infringement, WR will take whatever action it deems appropriate within its sole discretion, including removal of the allegedly infringing materials.

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated by WR or by a third party who has uploaded materials to the Site, please provide the following information to WR's designated Copyright Agent listed below:

• A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;

• A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site;

• An address, telephone number, and e-mail address where WR can contact you and, if different, an e-mail address where the alleged infringing party, if not WR, can contact you;

• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner or other intellectual property rights owner, by its agent, or by law;

• A statement by you under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf;

• Your electronic or physical signature.

WR may request additional information before removing any allegedly infringing material. In the event WR removes the allegedly infringing materials, WR will immediately notify the person responsible for posting such materials that WR removed or disabled access to the materials. WR may also provide the responsible person with your e-mail address so that the person may respond to your allegations.

WR reserves the right to terminate, limit or suspend any user's access to the Site in the event of repeated infringing activity. If you believe that a user of this Site is a repeat infringer, please follow the above instructions to contact WR's Copyright Agent. Please include sufficient information to assist WR in determining that the user repeatedly engaged in infringing activity.

International Visitors

WR's operations are located in the United States and its policies and procedures based on United States law. If you are located outside of the United States, you consent to the transfer, storage and processing of your information, such as registration information or email addresses, in the United States. Additionally, if you are accessing the Site from a country embargoed by the United States, you agree to not engage in any commercial activities, including financial transactions, using or through the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without reference to conflicts of laws. Regardless of your location, any disputes that arise under these Terms will be litigated before a court in Clark County Nevada.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement and understanding between the parties with respect to their subject matter and may not be contradicted by evidence of any prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreement. These Terms create no third party beneficiary rights.

Miscellaneous

WR's or your failure to exercise any right provided for in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any rights under these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, such unenforceability will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. You may not assign any of your rights under these Terms. WR may assign its rights under these Terms in whole or in part at any time without your consent. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment is created as a result of these Terms.
