Sometimes the truth or options aren’t what we want to hear, and for that we can’t do anything but give you our honest advice. Our sessions are recorded and if you are unhappy due to inaccurate information then we will investigate it and respond quickly.

Expert Pledge
All of our experts have over 10 years of experience as a full time licensed professional in their field.
Every expert signs the following client/customer agreement:
EFFICIENCY: Each client and/or customer is entitled to have their query answered in the least amount of time necessary.
SCOPE OF WORK: If the client and/or customer has a question that is not within your licensed scope of work, the client should be referred to another expert with a time credit.
RELATIONSHIP: While developing relationships with clients and/or customers, in no event should a relationship be developed that would interfere with any contractual relationship the client and/or customer has with another person or entity.
CONFIDENTIALITY: The client and/or customer has a right to confidentiality without asking for it. The client and/or customer’s issue or circumstance, including any details (no matter how fantastical) shall be protected from public dissemination by the Expert and Wealth Realty without the express consent to discuss or disseminate the information by the client and/or customer. An exception exists for for self-defense.
REFERRALS: Referrals are for the expected benefit of the client and/or consumer and no referral will be given that has a non-disclosed financial benefit to the Expert. Whenever possible provide multiple referrals that have no financial benefit. In the event there is a financial benefit, Expert must disclose this information to Wealth Realty for additional disclosure to the client and/or customer.
UNDERSTANDING: Expert understands that the client and/or customer is paying in advance for advice or advisement from an individual who will listen to their specific circumstance. Any paperwork reviewed or information provided by the client and/or customer is to be done in a thoughtful manner. The advice or guidance provided as a result should be direct. Expert understands that clients and/or customers are approaching the service from varied life experiences and any advice may need to be given in various ways to promote understanding.
ASSIGNMENT OF TIME: From time to time, it is possible that a client and/or customer may inadvertently select the wrong question type, time of service or type of expert needed. It is important to communicate solutions to the client as soon as this is known.
Get The Most Out Of Your Session
1. Be on time. Your session time will begin at the appointmentnted time.
2. Respond. You may receive an email requesting your information, such as a lease ageeement, etc. If you do not have the information, that is fine but from time to time it is more efficient for the expert to review the documentation or value prior to the meeting (you are not charged for anything other than the time of the meeting.)
3. Try to tackle one problem at a time. There may be extensive history but start with what the current issue is and then let the expert work with you to review the backstory. We want to make sure this is a cost effective option for you.
